Carlie and there team next level! The place to be for a relaxing treatment! Came here with my partner and booked a big package with lots of treatments, lash lift, tinting, brows, laser and more. It was unbelievable, honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Great prices, amazing service, and such a relaxing atmosphere. We’re now regulars and can’t wait to come back!

I booked in for a last minute deluxe pedi yesterday evening 19 November. Unfortunately, I arrived a ghastly 20 minutes late due to traffic and road closures from the deep south eastern suburbs (entirely my fault for arriving so late!) but they still saw me for an express pedi with some massage incorporated, which I was incredibly grateful to Chae, my tech and earth angel, for doing despite being under no obligation to; the cancelation and T&Cs are very clear. The entire SOAK team really went above and beyond, so I want to thank Chae and her coworkers - I’m so sorry, your names are completely lost on me this morning as I write this review - but it means more to me than you’ll know! You’re all beautiful people, inside and out. Also, the drinks and snacks? Sparkling water on tap? The amaretto sober sour and Chappys dill pickle chips really hit the spot 🍋🍸🥒 I also really appreciated their commitment to hygiene. Even the wiping down of surfaces including seating with antibacterial wipes as I witnessed some packing down for the evening filled me with confidence to return. A super relaxing and luxe environment, a place where I really felt like I could wind down and kiki with the girls. I’ve already booked in for another pedi next month with a bestie and I cannot wait! 💅🏻💕
